As for the return policy, Tuff Shed offers a warranty to the original purchaser. The return policy at tuffshed.com is primarily governed by their warranty. Tuff Shed provides a 5-Year Limited Warranty for their Garden Series storage buildings. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship upon delivery and will repair or replace any components that do not provide reasonable service under normal residential use.

The warranty period for buildings used for commercial purposes is one year from the date of purchase. All exposed surfaces must be painted within 90 days of installation and repainted every five years thereafter for the warranty to be valid.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, normal wear and tear, or improper maintenance. It also does not apply to any Tuff Shed product or any part thereof which has been damaged by fire, flood, water, earthquake, earth movement, hail, wind, insects, vegetation, damage from sprinklers, adverse weather conditions, vandalism, theft, act of God, accident or other event, or a casualty which is customarily covered by homeowners’ insurance.

If changes or cancellation occurs within 5 days of installation, a restocking/rescheduling or cancellation fee may apply.
